Tom Prioce want the continuation of the insurance takeover of hea;th care, with insurancde company bureaucrats running and rationing the health care system. Tom Price wants insurance company bureaucrats, not physicians, making your health care decisions. Health reform would have physicians, not insurance company bureaucrats (as they do now) making your medical decisions.
Until Reps and Senators let the US citizens have the same level of care they receive, we will have no justice, and continue to have 46+ million Americans without care, AND have over 700,000 medical cost bankruptcies EVERY YEAR.
actually yes, first year fine, and then the government decides if you get jailtime if you dont pay the fine. so yes, einstein, it is impending jail time.
yep, developing, building and then selling off ben broker’s is considered a “salesman.” poor, bastard, no wonder you are a liberal. you have no idea about basic concepts of business so you lean on everyone else for handouts.
Here are just some more of the lies and attempts at diversion the GOP has used in putting it’s own political power grab ahead of the interests of America:
- it repeated the lie over and over that under the h..c bill “if you don’t buy insurance you will go to jail”
* it tried to convince people that all you need to do is “tort reform and cross state competition.
Neither would solve the h.c. insur. problems & they know it.
scoppa33 is a god dammed insurance salesman.
He let that little fact slip on another thread.
scoppa33 - the h.c. insurance system.
Sucking at the insurance co’s tit and vigorously defending them like the little whore he is.
ugh, moron, it IS a version of socialism. lay off the crack pipe. death panels? yes, they were a joke.
Re read my comment.
If you can’t even read one paragraph right what hope did you ever have of understanding h.c. reform bills?
@BostonRocker51
Price is an enemy of marxism and big government, you liberal government tit sucking moron.
@megarational
Idiot. You demarxcrats have been able to pass this thing for a year and you didnt. What an ignorant ass hat to accuse republicans of obstructionism when they had no way of obstructing.
Its very simple. Obama is a Marxist, there were death panels in the plan, it was nothing but a power grab for unions, as we saw from the recent back room Union deal, and a total sham. Keep deluding yourself. Even the demarxcrats didnt like his plan.
The GOP decided from day 1 that killing any h.c. reform would be in their political interest.
So they misrepresented & lied about the h.c. bills:
- they talked about “death pannels” but that was discredited.
- they falsely labeled it “socialism” and “socialized medicine”, and a “govt takeover of h.c” - and have been hugely successful with that tactic. The truth is, however, that under either bill private doc’s & hosps would still be private & private insur. co’s would still dominate the market.
@foxfireman188 think of how many people actually supported themselves before people began to think that the government was suppose to take care of them.
on a completely different topic, elections are coming up and I’m sure you’ve never heard of a guy campaigning like this before, I’d appreciate you checking out my vid for it on my page
I love it when people say that the public “option” is being “forced” on them!
This debate mirrors that of the creation of Medicare, with the liberal party trying to push past the conservatives.
Well, conservatives, think about how much money we could have saved if Medicare and Medicaid hadn’t been implemented. While thinking of that, think of how many Americans would be *dead* right now without Medicare and Medicaid!
nothing in government nor health care or any other business has ever been about what is best for people. it has always been about money, power, and growth.
Just shows how retarded US citizens are. Health care reform….thats funny. There are so many special interests involved in this crap bill , that no true reform will ever take place. If you tried to truly reform the system, it would be very painful, and a lot of special interests groups would scream in agony. On a side note Americans are really good at putting thier heroes (celebutards) into office. Gee, I cannot wait until Cindy Crawford runs for President, after all she was a supermodel.
I think the fight is over and the Demorats win. They are so much slicker pols than the Republirats and they control the major population bases, plus they are better at doling out the goodies. Minorities are slaves to the Demorats and thier numbers are rising, whites numbers are falling. Congrats Demorats, you can firmly put your ideology into full play, no matter how toxic it is for this country. Ted Kennedy was a genius, he knew the 1965 immigration reform was a royal flush for the Demorats!
Citizens in MA need to vote for Scott Brown (R) for Senator. He’s experienced and can do more good for our country than his competitor. (3 weeks from now)
Plus, he will break the super majority that the dems have in the senate–to pass the bill!
Take a guess at why insurance company stocks went up like 40%… they went from giving everyone free health care to this garbage like they do with every other bill start out with most Americans liking it amend it intill the lobbiest love it and Americans dont read it so they will still like it.
Price opposes government intervention in the health care field. He has voted against giving mental health insurance equity with physical health insurance, backed former President Bush’s veto of the SCHIP expansion, and spoke out against medical malpractice lawsuits. The congressman achieved a score of 0 from the American Public Health Association in 2008. He hates any regulation of health care programs.
Rep. Price is an enemy of the people.
LOL…this idiot talks about government intrusion into healthcare…then talks about the plight of medicare patients unable to see doctors (probably not even true by the way)? What a hack, if he had any balls whatsoever he’d introduce a bill to abolish evil socialist terrorism Medicare.
Dr. Price, thank you for standing up for the rights of Americans, who have already stated that they do not want this bill being shoved down their throats. Keep fighting the good fight, sir!
According to the Alberta rags, the Canadian HC system is a disaster..& virtually bankrupt….where illnesses like Cancer & Heart disease requiring immediate surgeries ,, causing patients to wait longer & longer each year, often until their conditions degrade beyond point of return & they die….
Now isn’t that nice….
Warm & fuzzy…all over…..
Canada’s health care system which fully looks after 32 million people costs roughly what the private-sector health insurance companies make in profits in the United States looking after less than half the population for excessive premiums
